UnderwriteMe has appointed Tiffany Chan as its strategic partnerships manager, as the insurer expands its presence in the UK protection market.

Chan has more than eight years of experience in financial services across commercial growth, solutions sales, customer experience and proposition development.

She joins from Swiss Re, where she was a solutions sales manager and led the establishment and commercialisation of its behavioural consulting proposition in Asia-Pacific.

At UnderwriteMe, Chan will develop and strengthen strategic partnerships for its Protection Platform, work closely with insurers, advisers and industry stakeholders to support the growth of its technology and underwriting solutions.

Chan (pictured) said: “I’m delighted to be joining UnderwriteMe at such an exciting time for the business. The company has built a reputation for delivering innovative technology solutions that improve the protection journey for advisers and insurers.

“I’m looking forward to working closely with our partners, understanding their priorities and identifying opportunities to create mutual value, strengthen relationships and support the continued development of the protection market.”

Her understanding of the protection market, combined with her passion for delivering customer-focused solutions, makes her an excellent addition to the team.

“We are delighted to welcome her to UnderwriteMe and look forward to the contribution she will make as we continue to develop the Protection Platform and enhance the value we deliver to the UK protection market.”
