Mortgage completions have now increased by 46% from June and by 48% compared to Q1 2009. Lending volume also increased by 67% in July and 60% over the last quarter. The network has also experienced its highest ever level of protection business in June since it began trading in 2005.
Gerry O’Brien, chief executive of Home of Choice, said he was delighted with the sustained progress of the network.
He added: “We have significant expectations of much improved market conditions in 2010 where our brokers will enjoy further opportunities and growth from a developing proposition.”
Arun Desai, principal at the Mortgage Navigator, a firm which joined Home of Choice in November 2005, said: “Home of Choice is the most broker orientated network. In the last year the company has sought to increase the proposition to enhance the income streams for its brokers.”
