Sale and rent back (SRB) provider Residential Property Solutions (RPS), has been appointed by Personal Touch Financial Services (PTFS) to provide specialist SRB support to its appointed representatives (ARs) and their clients.
Peter Beaumont, chief executive of RPS, said he was looking forward to working closely with the PTFS team and their ARs over the coming months.
He added: “We will provide their ARs with a practical, ethical and safe solution enabling them to help clients who are facing potential repossession.”
Dev Malle, sales director of PTFS, said SRB provided a solution for clients in difficult circumstances.
He said: “It was essential that whoever we partnered with for this product area not only provided a compliant system and processes but also had the appropriate attitude in how clients are dealt with.”
