It has also launched a three-year fixed rate at 4.12% up to 85% LTV, with a £199 booking fee and £300 arrangement fee.
Coventry’s two-year fixed rate deal has a rate of 3.99% and is available up to 85% LTV with a £199 booking fee and £300 arrangement fee.
All products also include one basic valuation and a legal package for remortgagors.
