The two-year discount offset range also has rates of 2.95% up to 80% LTV to and 3.65% up to 85% LTV.
The range has a booking fee of £199, completion fee of £800 on loans up to £500,000 and 1% for loans above that, with tapered early repayment charges of 3% in year one and 2% in year two.
The Leeds has also launched a fees-assisted two-year offset discount at 3.19% up to 75% LTV, 3.40% up to 80% LTV and 3.90% up to 85% LTV.
It offers a free valuation up to £335, free legal services on remortgages and no completion fee. The deals have a booking fee of £199.
