Alison Beech gets MD role after Spicerhaart reshuffle
Spicerhaart has appointed David George as its business development director in a move that will see Alison Beech move over to the firm’s surveying division Valunation.

Beech, the former business relationship director for the Spicerhaart group, will be replaced by George, who joins the firm from Santander UK. She will now head the firm’s Valunation brand as managing director.

George will lead Spicerhaart’s business development activity with particular focus on working with financial providers and institutions. He will work across the company’s asset management, conveyancing, mortgages, surveys and valuations departments.

He has previously worked for Intelligent Finance and Melton Mowbray Building Society.

George said: “I am delighted to have joined Spicerhaart and look forward to drawing on my business development experience to forge sustainable and successful long-term relationships for Spicerhaart with the UK’s major financial institutions and other product providers.”
