The product is free for brokers to download and try from the Apple App Store and is intended to be used during the initial sales process. It allows brokers to conduct product searches, display graphs to aid the sales process and use mortgage calculators to asses a client’s circumstances.
Brokers will be able to view both intermediary and direct-only products, narrowed by network, lender or country.
The app uses the same technology as the firm’s flagship Mortgage Brain sourcing system and has a similar look to the consumer-facing UK Mortgages app.
