The specialist broker has recruited a business development manager to support further expansion of the club.

Managing director Ying Tan (pictured) said: “Despite some key lenders reducing procuration fees, we still offer some of the best net procuration fees to our club members and will continue to do so.

“Lenders also appreciate our exhaustive compliance process for member approval.”

The mortgage club’s panel has 21 lenders including BM Solutions, The Mortgage Works  and Paragon. It is free to join and gross procuration fees range from 0.32% to 2%.
