The specialist lender will offer a two-year tracker at 3.85% with a £995 product fee and a 4.25% two-year tracker with no product fee until the end of the month.
Both of the products are suitable for purchase and remortgage and have a free valuation included. An administration fee of £150 applies.
John Heron, director of mortgages, said the lender had introduced the products following a successful trial period.
“We offered a pilot product with no ERC back in November and had a very positive response,” he said. “Whilst research has indicated that those landlord customers have no particular plans to redeem early, they do seem to value the flexibility these products offer.
“This is the first new range of the year, and we will continue to refresh our product range over the coming months, ensuring that we remain highly competitive at a time when we expect significant growth in the buy-to-let market.”
