The network appointed Hoare (pictured) due to his experience across the mortgage, protection and general insurance industries during his time at PTFS, Pink, Select & Protect and Santander.
Hoare left PTFS in December following a restructuring of senior management roles.

Chris Tanner, chief executive of HomeLoan Partnership, said the network is focussed on expanding ts senior management team following significant growth.

It’s clear from our results that our strategy to deliver both safe year-on-year profit and a culture that adapts quickly to change has led to a robust and successful network business model.”
