Wriglesworth, which will become part of Instinctif Partners’ capital markets and corporate affairs practice, specialises principally in the financial services, property, professional services, recruitment and HR sectors.
The purchase amount was undisclosed.
John Wriglesworth and Laura O’Connell will join Instinctif Partners’ Capital Markets and Corporate Affairs team as managing partners, under the leadership of Tim Fallon.
The buyout sees all 25 Wriglesworth staff move to the Instinctif Partners London offices at 65 Gresham Street.
