First Complete membership exceeds 1,000
First Complete's membership of appointed representatives (ARs) has exceeded 1,000 with a further 150 advisers in its pipeline waiting for approval, the firm reports.

The network had 394 individual ARs when it was bought by LSL Property Services in June 2010.

Sales and operations director Toni Smith (pictured), said much of the growth in numbers had come from banks and the directly authorised market as well as other networks.

“We’ve recruited more compliance and support staff to continue to provide top level support for both new and existing ARs,” said Smith.

First Complete mortgage completions for quarter one 2015 rose 22% on the same quarter last year compared to a 3% drop reported by the Council of Mortgage Lenders for the market as a whole.

Smith said: “For us, it’s about building on solid relationships with lenders and providers to extend and enhance our proposition, which gives our advisers more solutions for more clients.”
