Lauren Bagley, marketing manager of TMA who has been instrumental in rebranding the business over the last 12 months, is to leave TMA.
Bagley has an undisclosed role to go to which will be confirmed at a later date.
Over the past year, TMA has increased its membership by more than 50% by evolving a proposition and brand that reflects the needs of Directly Authorised (DA) businesses.
TMA said it will continue to be strongly positioned with its ethos and continuing ambition to ‘redefine the mortgage club’.
David Copland, director of TMA, said: “Lauren has made a huge impact in her time at TMA and we are very sorry to see her go. It is rare to come across someone of Lauren’s calibre and she will be sorely missed by the business.
“Lauren has a very bright future ahead of her and we wish her well in whatever she decides to do next.”
Bagley said: “TMA is a great business that offers a huge amount to DAs and really takes its commitment to them seriously. It’s successful because of its people, they make the difference and I am really sorry to be leaving such a great team, but I leave TMA in great hands and it is time to look for new challenges now.”
Lauren has been at TMA for 18 months and will leave at the end of July.
