Steve Ayers has been appointed as head of sales. Ayers comes from the private banking sector and has experience in performance management and the development and coaching of sales teams. The head of marketing role has been filled by Laura Maddison who has over 10 years’ experience in financial services marketing. Maddison’s objective is to increase awareness of the firm’s brand.
Matthew Crate has been appointed as head of partnerships and business development and Roy Hancock joins the brokerage as a senior partner.

The firm intends to continue its recruitment drive and plans to have workforce in excess of 75 in the next six months.
