TSB increases rates of fixed-term and tracker products
TSB is adjusting the rates of three of its residential mortgages available through brokers.

Its two-year fixed and tracker mortgages, available up to 60% loan-to-value (LTV) will increase by 0.10%. The homemover fixed-rate range now ranges from 1.54% to 2.04% depending on whether a fee is applicable.

The homemover two-year tracker range starts at 1.34% with a £1,995 fee rising to 1.84% with no fee.

TSB’s three-year fixed products have been increased to 0.15%. Borrowers with a 40% deposit will now receive a 2.04% rate, while the 60-75% LTV products stand at 2.29%. These products include a £995 fee.

Last week, TSB announced it was increasing the rate of its homemover and remortgage products at 60-75% LTV and five-year fixed products at 60% LTV by 0.10%.

In November, TSB halved the maximum loan amount from £1m to £500.000 on its homemover two-year fixed and tracked rates.
