GWlegal adds specialist buy-to-let service
Conveyancing firm GWlegal has added a specialist buy-to-let (BTL) service to help brokers support clients completing deals in the sector.

Its specialist team is designed to work on more complex cases now coming through the BTL market, including those involving limited companies.

Brokers will receive specific advice and written guides detailing everything there is to know about the BTL process and all the rules and regulations associated with it.

The firm also plans to relaunch its Buy-To-Let Toolkit later in the month, which will be available on its online case management system GWlive.

GWlegal head of sales Emma Hall said with so many changing rules and regulations, the buy-to-let sector was becoming increasingly complex to navigate.

“Our team has those specialist skills and we want to encourage as many brokers and clients as possible to choose a specialist over their local solicitor, who may not be equipped to deal with these very specific, yet increasingly common, property transactions,” she added.
