Exclusive: Gareth Lewis leaves Precise Mortgages for MTF
Mortgage Solutions understands that Precise’s director of bridging Gareth Lewis will be leaving the lender to join MT Finance.
Gareth Lewis joined the lender in October 2011. He was previously head of business development at Tiuta, and national sales manager at Cheval Property Finance.
Mortgage Solutions understands that he will be joining MT Finance, a specialist bridging lender.
Precise Mortgages managing director Alan Cleary commented: “We’ve had six really good years together, and I wish him all the best in his new role.”
Lewis will be on gardening leave until May.
