Jon King leaves Bower Retirement
Jon King is stepping down as chairman of Bower Retirement after five years at the helm of the advice firm.

Bower said that King had helped to steer the growth and strategic direction of the company during the many changes of the industry in his time.

King (pictured), who is leaving this month, said: “It has been a privilege to work with CEO Geoff Charles and the team at Bower since 2014, during a period of great change within the equity release industry.

“The time has now come for a change and to move onto new challenges. I wish Bower continued success for the coming years.”

Bower Retirement CEO Geoff Charles added: “I would personally like to thank Jon for his hard work and support over the past years.

“He has been an asset to the company and has helped to shape the strategic growth and direction of Bower. We shall all be sorry to see him leave and wish him the best for whatever the future may hold.”
