Kensington Mortgages appoints three ADMs
Kensington Mortgages has appointed three account development managers (ADM), as part of the lender’s continued growth plans.

Phillip Pinson joins Kensington with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, most recently as a business development manager (BDM) for Mansfield Building Society. Prior to this, Pinson worked at Platform Home Loans for six years. At Kensington, he will be responsible for the North West.

Scott Leach (pictured) previously worked as a BDM at Clever Lending and has plenty of experience – particularly second charge, bridging, development and commercial, and first-charge packaging. From 2014-17, Scott worked as a BDM for Enterprise Finance. In his new role Scott will be responsible for the Central West.

Hannah Stoner worked for NatWest for over six years and has over five years’ experience as a telephone BDM, most recently covering Colchester and Chelmsford. Hannah also has experience in the Southend, Romford and Ilford areas, and will manage the East region for Kensington.

These appointments came shortly after the news that The Northview Group had sealed a new £535 million funding deal, taking their total issuance to £8.2 billion since the group was formed in 2015.

Craig McKinlay, new business director at Kensington Mortgages, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Phillip, Scott and Hannah to the Kensington team. They all possess the ambition, knowledge and drive for our growth plans and their close succession reinforces it’s an exciting and busy time for Kensington.

“We’re committed to supporting brokers and ensuring high service levels. We have a clear vision for what the mortgage industry should look like and their appointments show our confidence for the year ahead.”
