Campbell Stanners has been recruited as advisory relationships director by Bankhall and PMS Mortgage Club.

In the new post, Stanners will be responsible for strengthening relationships with, and developing new propositions for, the directly authorised advisers that the business works with.

Stanners boasts more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including a decade at Standard Life where he held the post of head of strategic platform distribution.

He will report into Ross Liston, managing director of Bankhall and PMS.

Liston noted that the firm supports more than 11,000 advisers and financial planners, and argued that Bankhall and PMS can help these firms to grow, while also “helping them to navigate the unprecedented levels of industry change posed by new technology, increasing regulation, greater consumer expectations and pressure on costs”.

He added that the business would be investing not only in new services targeted at these advisers, but also the people working with them.

Campbell has an excellent understanding of the UK advisory market and a proven track record in strategic business planning and customer service. He is a great addition to the strong team we already have at Bankhall and PMS, which we are committed to building and investing in further over the coming years,” he concluded.
