LSL Property Services has appointed Legal & General's Craig Hall as its director of new home financial services.
He will take on the role in September and report to LSL financial service commercial director Paul Hardy. Hall (pictured) will manage the growth of LSL’s new build financial services businesses, which include those in its distributor brands such as Primis and TMA.
Hall has worked at L&G for nearly 16 years and has been head of broker relationships and propositions for around three years. Prior to L&G he worked at Bradford & Bingley for just over three years. Before that he worked in various roles at Barclays.
LSL group financial services director Jon Round said: “Craig’s appointment will be invaluable to LSL as we drive the development of our new build businesses and further solidify our position in the new homes market.
“With Craig’s wealth of experience, we will be better able to strengthen our offering in this area, ensuring that brokers, developers, investors, and end-customers can fully use our services. We look forward to working closely with Craig as this element of the business continues to evolve.”
Following Hall’s departure, L&G Mortgage Club’s Claire Beardmore, currently head of transformation and operations, will take on the role as head of broker relationships and propositions.
She has worked at L&G for nearly two years.
L&G’s new build proposition, which was led by Hall, will be led by Danny Belton who is the head of its lender relationships.
