Clydesdale Bank has brought out a selection of fee paying and fee-free 65 per cent loan to value (LTV) products on both two and five-year fixed rate terms.
This includes a two-year fixed rate with a £999 fee at 2.7 per cent, and its five-year fixed rate equivalent priced at 2.75 per cent.
Its fee-free two-year fixed rate at 65 per cent LTV comes to 2.89 per cent and its five-year fixed rate with no fee is pegged at 2.94 per cent.
Clydesdale Bank recently increased its standard variable rate (SVR) to 5.24 per cent, which is up from 4.99 per cent previously.
Its offset variable rate also stands at 5.45 per cent and its offset variable investment housing loan rate has increased to 5.85 per cent.
The lender has also upped two and five-year fixed rates between 75 and 95 per cent LTV by up to 0.26 per cent and select two and five-year fixed buy-to-let deals between 60 and 75 per cent LTV by around 0.15 per cent.
