Impact Specialist Finance added to Paradigm’s panel
Impact Specialist Finance, a specialist packager and distributor, has been added to the packager panel of Paradigm Mortgage Services.

The arrangement means advisers of Paradigm’s member firms can use Impact’s referral service to introduce relevant clients. These can include those with complex needs or where the firm does not have the relevant permissions.

Referrals can be accepted for both regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy-to-let and commercial.

Paradigm Mortgage Services has a membership of over 1,600 directly authorised firms, representing over 3,000 advisers working across financial services.

Impact Specialist Finance is a national mortgage broker, packager and distributor. It was established in 1991 and is based in Horsham, West Sussex.

Dale Jannels (pictured), managing director at Impact Specialist Finance, said the company’s staff had in excess of 230 years collective financial services experience between them. He said its advisers each had an average of 25 years in the industry; having worked across building societies, banks, insurance companies and estate agencies.

Jannels added:  “As a business that has been operating for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on the service we provide to brokers across all aspects of specialist finance, which includes specialist residential and buy to let, bridging finance, commercial finance and development finance.

“We have known the team at Paradigm for many years and are very excited to announce our partnership. Our team are looking forward to working with Paradigm and their adviser member firms to deliver specialist finance solutions to their brokers and customers.”

Richard Howes, director of mortgages at Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “The complex and ever-changing nature of the mortgage market often requires specialist know-how and expertise in order to assist clients, so it’s important advisers have access to a wide range of solutions. We’re pleased to have partnered with Impact for those cases which may be more complex, or quite simply, the firm doesn’t have the authorisations and permissions to be able to act on behalf of the client.

“Using a referral service as offered by Impact can ensure our member firms keep control of their client relationship while utilising a trusted expert in this part of the market to get the right outcome.”
