The packager provides solutions to advisers with residential, buy-to-let, short-term lending and commercial cases that they may only deal with on an infrequent basis. 

Brokers will also gain access to lenders and criteria which may not always be available to them as well as 3mc’s criteria comparison guide, which compares specialist lender products, allowing brokers to advise on these to clients. 

The partnership also offers TMA’s brokers a chance to use onsite underwriting services offered by select lenders.
