Kseye hires Dussard as sales director
Specialist property finance provider Kseye has appointed Marcus Dussard (pictured) as its sales director.

In the role, Dussard will be responsible for Kseye’s well-established sales team and growing the lender’s short-term volumes.

The lender has completed over 800 loans totalling over £590m to date and maintain an active loan book of over £120m.

He joins from Hampshire Trust Bank, where he worked for just over three years as sales director and prior to that spent nearly eight years at Castle Trust, most recently as director of sales.

Before that, Dussard worked at Old Mutual Asset Managers for around seven years, most recently as business development manager for London and South East for around three yeas.

Nikes Khagram, director at Kseye, commented: “We are proud of Kseye’s achievements over the past few years, and we have weathered the challenges of the last year well.

“Now, we are looking to go beyond our reputation of being a ‘broker’s best kept secret’ to being one of the first names they think of when it comes to bridging finance. Marcus’ proven track record gives us every confidence that we can achieve that goal and we are delighted to have him join Team Kseye.”

Dussard added: “I’m really excited to get started at Kseye – they have done a great job of expanding over the last decade or so, but the aim now is to start competing with some of the bigger players in this space.

“I’m looking forward to being part of a company that wants to aggressively increase its market share in difficult conditions, and as a sales director, shaping the team and the sales strategy is what keeps me motivated. I can’t wait to get out there, meet new and old brokers, and spearhead the next stage of Kseye’s expansion.”
