In her role at Just Mortgages, Lear will support and grow the team of mortgage advisers at 21 Haart estate agency branches across East London.
She takes over the Metro region from financial services director Andrew Lake, who will support Sandie and two other divisional sales directors that cover the South of the Orion chapter, which is headed up by chapter managing director John Doughty.
Lear joins from Partridge Mortgage Services, where she was a senior new-build mortgage manager. Before that, she was a senior mortgage services sales manager at Mortgage Bureau.
Before that, she worked at GMC Connells for around two years as a senior mortgage services sales manager, and prior to that, she was a senior sales manager at the New Homes Group for nearly nine years.

She brings a wealth of experience, a strong track record of success, and a passion for driving performance.
