They have both been recruited as customer success administrators, shortly after the launch of Mortgage Brain’s range of solutions.
The company also recently partnered with Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) to complete the first digital full mortgage application through Halifax.
Bethune-Wright (pictured, left) and Cope (pictured, right) will support the sales and marketing team with migrating existing users from legacy products onto the new versions of Mortgage Brain’s modules, and onboard new clients to the Mortgage Brain Hub.
Cope has experience in customer services and management, and previously worked in digital marketing roles. She also volunteered for social mobility charity Digilearning, where she created social media content.
Bethune-Wright has worked in financial services for more than 20 years, with previous customer success roles at Acre Software, Constantia Wealth & Finance and Trussle, and experience in mortgage administrator roles.
