Thomas will play a “pivotal part in driving revenue”, focusing on new recurring revenue from existing clients, as well as engaging with “senior stakeholders across client organisations”.
The role will blend marketing, strategic partnerships and sales with regulatory requirements.
She will report to growth director Mel Spencer.
Thomas has been with the team since 2021, initially joining as a commercial team lead before becoming head of procurement in 2022.
Prior to that, she worked for SSE from 2007 to 2021, and has also held roles at Cars 4 U and British Gas.
