Mortgage servicer and outsourcer Target Group has promoted Tracey Thomas to senior growth lead.

Thomas will play a “pivotal part in driving revenue”, focusing on new recurring revenue from existing clients, as well as engaging with “senior stakeholders across client organisations”.

The role will blend marketing, strategic partnerships and sales with regulatory requirements.

She will report to growth director Mel Spencer.

Thomas has been with the team since 2021, initially joining as a commercial team lead before becoming head of procurement in 2022.

Prior to that, she worked for SSE from 2007 to 2021, and has also held roles at Cars 4 U and British Gas.

Spencer said: “Under Tracey’s leadership, the team’s commitment to continuous improvement has been instrumental in securing substantial growth with existing clients and meeting key performance indicators.

“She is precisely the sort of A player Target needs to promote to deepen our understanding of and relationships with existing customers – and help us strengthen strategic partnerships.”

Thomas added: “I am excited about this promotion and the opportunity it presents. I am looking forward to taking on more responsibility within the business and building on my success in my previous role and strengthening executive relationships with our existing clients.

“Target has a solid foundation of expertise and client relationships, and I am committed to helping the team deliver even greater value while maintaining the high standards we have always upheld.”

Pete O’Connor, chief executive of Target Group, said: “It’s great to see Tracey Thomas promoted to senior growth lead. Her ability to drive performance and foster collaboration has already delivered strong results for Target.

“In this new role, Tracey will help accelerate our revenue growth and help us strengthen our leading position in mortgage servicing and outsourcing.”
