Spencer joins Target Group from CMS provider One Mortgage System (OMS), where she was business partnership and growth director. Prior to that, she worked at Finova for three years, most recently as business development director.
Spencer has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, having also worked at Twenty7tec for three years, with her last role being head of lender relationships.
Target Group is part of the wider Tech Mahindra group, a provider of business process servicing and digital transformation. This includes mortgage servicing, mortgage originations and third-party administration.
Target Group also provides direct debut mandates for the DVLA and TV licensing.
It launched its originations platform Mortgage Hub at the end of last year, which was developed to be focused on users rather than products. It gives brokers and lenders who use the platform a single view of the progress of every case.
