Julian Harris Networks launches a first and second charge mortgage packaging service

The service will be available to all advisers, rather than just to members of the company’s mortgage and financial adviser networks.  It will be headed up by Derrick Hyman, previously of Pink Homeloans.

The company, which was launched in the early 1990s, said that the new service is a whole of market offering that will provide comparisons of the options available to the client, such as first charge with further advance, remortgage and first charge with second charge. The service will also provide a suitability report template.
