The master broker said it expected business levels in the commercial sector to continue to grow and wanted to Winter to help drive the business forward.

Winter has a long background in business funding and financial services, having worked with a number of banking groups including HSBC, Lloyds, Bank of Ireland, Close Brothers and the Birmingham Midshires Building Society in the past 20 years.

He also managed his own commercial finance brokerage specialising in business finance via financial introducers.
