Complete FS buys stake in AToM’s active-API broker platform
Complete FS has bought a stake in the One Mortgage System broker platform created by fellow packager All Types of Mortgages (AToM).

AToM created a third-party organisation for the software arm, allowing Complete FS to buy its stake.

Complete FS is the second packager to go live with the system, after AToM, and has fully integrated the new platform into its existing processes.

The One Mortgage System (OMS) includes Application Programming Interface (API) technology to allow straight-through connectivity with lender systems to pre-populate data from client records.

It also has direct connection with automated valuation models (AVMs) to allow brokers to see the likely value of a client’s property before submitting an application.

Complete FS director Tony Salentino (pictured) said the business was pleased to be introducing it as part of a wider system overhaul.

“OMS means the end of rekeying data,” he said.

“Once the client information is keyed, it is the last time brokers will have to input the same data.

“OMS also offers one decision in principle form that covers 28 lenders, and brokers will be able to have access to bespoke versions, which will include support for a fully compliant sales process as well as GDPR,” he added.
