Roma Finance expands into Scotland

Its Scottish operation will be headed by bridging specialist George Tuffin.

Roma Finance has recently doubled its sales as well as its underwriting teams and it will be recruiting further sales staff.

Roma’s criteria caters for a wide range of property customer, including landlords and property professionals looking to acquire property for renovation and refurbishment.

Residential investment property, semi-commercial units and commercial buildings are all also covered and available in Scotland.

Tracey Martin, head of sales at Roma Finance (pictured), said that this launch into Scotland is seen as a viable opportunity for the extension of the services.
