Capricorn Financial Consultancy joins Fiducia as advice and recommendation service
Advice firm Capricorn Financial Consultancy will join network Fiducia Group as an advice and recommendation service for commercial lending.

The firm will remain an appointed representative of Openwork for residential mortgages.

Capricorn joins from Commercial Finance Brokers (CFBUK) where it was an advice and recommendation service for commercial lending.

The firm arranges finance for overseas clients buying property in the UK and as part of its growth strategy, will be expanding into Shanghai and Dubai next year with new offices, which will build on the firm’s international presence alongside its bases in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Capricorn also advises clients buying residential property in central London, new-build buyers and those requiring loans of £2m and above.

The partnership between the firms will launch on 6 December.

Capricorn: ‘The next step was to choose Fiducia’

Jeremy Law (pictured), chief commercial officer at Capricorn Financial Consultancy, said: “Since starting our journey on Fleet Street in 2005, we’ve always maintained an ambitious outlook as part of our growth strategy. Following what has been a successful 12 months, the next natural step was to choose Fiducia as our commercial partner.

“Our commitment to our clients is unwavering, and we are thrilled to be working with Fiducia, which shares the same level of dedication to stakeholders in the mortgage industry.”

Anthony Scott, managing director of Fiducia Group, added: “We’ve seen Capricorn consistently hit the mark in its efforts to deliver the best services for its clients, and we’re delighted to join forces as their commercial partner.

“We’re looking forward to driving continued growth in the new year, and it’ll be a pleasure to work with Jeremy and the team to meet the changing demands of the sector.”
