UTB’s Owen Bentley joins Spring Finance as head of sales for bridging

He joins from United Trust Bank where he has worked since 2019, most recently as its head of sales. There, Bentley oversaw the lender’s bridging proposition. Prior to that, he worked at Precise Mortgages as national sales manager within its bridging division for nearly two years and before that, Bentley worked as a mortgage broker at SPF Private Clients. 

At Spring Finance, Bentley will have the responsibility of growing its bridging business and managing its intermediary relationships predominantly in the South West region. 

He will report into Jim Baker, sales director of bridging at Spring Finance.
