YBS Commercial hires Pratt as relationship director

Pratt brings over two decades of commercial finance expertise to the role. He previously worked as a corporate and relationship manager at Handelsbanken, and has guided numerous businesses in expanding its commercial property footprint, and assisting property investors to build their portfolios.

He was also an associate at Clydesdale Bank for eight years and worked for Barclays for over nine years, most recently as business manager.

Pratt will be based in the YBS Commercial Mortgages office in Bristol, utilising his network to support brokers and customers in the South West region, including Devon and Cornwall. He will be joining his South West team colleagues including senior relationship director Sue Lewis, and fellow relationship directors Kayleigh Parry, Lucy Partridge and Tim Wraith.
