Hoole will support residential and bridging borrowers under the Precise brand and buy-to-let (BTL) customers under Rely.
He will oversee queries and cases from brokers across the South West of England and South Wales, bringing 20 years’ industry experience to OSB Group, including roles with high street lenders.

Last month, the group promoted Adrian Moloney to group lending distribution director to lead its digital and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy for brokers.
