Funding 365 added to Connect for Intermediaries bridging panel
London-based short-term lender Funding 365 has been added to the bridging panel at Connect for Intermediaries to offer more competitive rates to brokers.
Funding 365 provides three to 12-month bridging loans for sums between £100,000 and £5m in England and Wales.
Connect sales director Kevin Thomson said Funding 365 was added to the panel of lenders following “positive feedback from our appointed representatives”.
“Their product offering in both the residential and commercial space is competitive in terms of headline rates whilst their approach to associated fees means that the client receives a very competitive deal,” said Thomson.
He added: “We are confident both our appointed representatives and directly authorised brokers who utilise our packaging services will find value in this offering.”
Funding 365 is already active on the Connect bridging panel.
