Hope Capital Property Finance has rejoined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) as a patron following an industry conference.

The lender took a short hiatus from the association and, during that time, attended the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo, where it launched its commercial conversions product.

The offering aims to support investors looking to convert underutilised commercial spaces into semi-commercial or residential properties.

Hope Capital Property Finance said positive feedback from brokers at the event partially influenced its decision to rejoin the NACFB.

The lender said this year, it would strengthen its distribution channels while continuing to enhance its products.

Kim Parker (pictured), director of lending operations and commercial strategy at Hope Capital Property Finance, said: “We saw real appetite for our Commercial Conversions Product, and becoming a patron again allows us to build on that momentum.

“We’re excited to reconnect with members and introduce our offering to brokers we’ve not worked with before.”

Jim Higginbotham, CEO of the NACFB, added: “We’re delighted to welcome back Hope Capital Property Finance. Their decision to rejoin demonstrates the breadth of opportunity our members offer lenders operating across the commercial finance sphere.

“We’re looking forward to working closely with the Hope team to ensure that their patronage is maximised, and crucially, they continue to deepen their connection with our brokers.”
