Stuart Benge has been appointed relationship director for the Midlands at Black & White Bridging to support its national growth.

Benge has more than 30 years of experience in sales and relationship management roles, and has previously worked at Hodge, Assetz Capital, and Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.

He was most recently a senior business development manager (BDM) at Afin Bank.

Black & White Bridging has also appointed Jithin Saju as a data analyst.

The lender recently announced it was nearing £500m in lending and has completed more than 750 deals since it launched in 2021.

Benge (pictured) said: “Black & White Bridging has huge momentum right now and you can feel the ambition throughout the business. The combination of fast decision-making, transparency and genuine relationship-led lending really stands out in the market, so it’s an exciting time to be joining the team.”

“Our focus remains the same, delivering transparent lending, backing brokers with quick decisions and continuing to raise the standard across the specialist finance market.”
