The lender has introduced new light refurbishment sale exit products, improving choice for property investors.
Castle Trust Bank has also reduced pricing across selected light and heavy refurbishment products.
Further, the bank has introduced a valuation fee refund of up to £750 on completion for eligible light refurbishment cases.
