Roz Cawood has announced she has left her role as managing director of property finance at Streambank after three years.

Revealing the news on LinkedIn, Cawood said that when she joined the specialist lender, she and the team “set out to build something different in specialist finance and we did”.

Over her tenure, Streambank has introduced regulated bridging, which Cawood described as a “genuine milestone”. She said turning the ambition into real results was “one of the proudest chapters” of her career.

Cawood (pictured) added: “I’ve done what I set out to do here and that’s exactly why it feels like the right moment for fresh stimulus elsewhere. My passion for this industry is undiminished, the relationships, the business development, the hands-on side of it most of all.

“Thank you to all the internal and external stakeholders and professional partners who made this chapter what it was and especially the team I’ve had the privilege to lead. Their energy, resilience and skill is honestly the hardest part to leave.”

She continued: “I’m now taking some time to explore what’s next, with a genuinely open mind. If you’re up for a chat over coffee, I’d love that and I’m always happy to talk shop on where the market’s heading.
