He has experience in business growth, people leadership and commercial operations, and has worked across a number of sectors including construction, landscaping, legal services and corporate development.
This has included roles at Oracle Solicitors and Glendale Managed Services, as well as a position on the British Association of Landscape Industries’ board.
At Envelop, Wickham will be responsible for leading the firm’s commercial strategy and building on its engagement with introducers, broker partners and distribution networks. He will focus on establishing long-term value through partnership excellence, service delivery and scalable operational performance.
