The specialist lender launched in the UK eight months ago and offers residential, mixed-use and commercial bridging, light and heavy refurbishment, development exit, vacant land and ground-up development finance.
The funding comes from a European debt fund. The business said getting institutional funding line at this early stage is a rare achievement for a new lender.
Pallas Capital said the new facility adds to its existing funding partnerships.
