Tudor joins from Redwood Bank, where he was a regional BDM for four years, working across the South region. He supported brokers with semi-commercial, buy-to-let (BTL), and house in multiple occupation (HMO) cases. Before this, he worked at NatWest as a BDM for 18 years.
At Cambridge & Counties Bank, Tudor will cover the South East and London regions.
The specialist lender said London was a key growth area, and Parmar would support the team across the region and the Midlands. He brings 15 years of experience to the role, including over four years as a specialist finance account manager at Interbay. During this time, he worked with brokers across commercial, semi-commercial, large portfolio BTL refinancing, purpose-built student accommodation and build-to-rent development cases.
Both Tudor and Parmar will report to Paul Howard, regional director for the South at Cambridge & Counties Bank.
Howard said: “The dynamic UK commercial property sector continues to offer excellent investment opportunities, particularly in markets such as the Midlands and London.
