The QuickSearch system will allow brokers to answer 20 questions about their client before comparing deals for specialist products such as second charge loans, bridging finance and commercial mortgages.
The product has been in development for over a year and is part of the distributor’s CaseBldr software, powered by APAC systems.
TFC’s managing director Nigel Payne, said QuickSearch is free of charge for brokers.
“When a lead is hot, brokers need a result within minutes, not hours, and QuickSearch gives you that certainty to proceed”, he said.
“At that stage you can submit the case to TFC and we will verify the details before going to a full DIP (decision in principle).”
Distributors have launched a raft of specialist sourcing systems in the sector of late, with Brightstar preparing to launch its EasySource system and later life lender Answers in Retirement launching the Air Sourcing tool last week.
