Research has suggested that the average mortgage broker completed 73 cases in the last 12 months.
Data published in a blog for Mortgage Solutions by BDRC Continental’s Mark Long found that the average mortgage broker completed 73 cases in the last 12 months.
Long said that this level of business was around two-thirds of the levels seen in 2007, but is a fifth up on 2009 figures.
A broker completing 73 cases each year would be completing six mortgage cases per month on average.
The latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks brokers how many mortgage cases they have successfully completed in the last 12 months.
