A Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll in July found that 68% of brokers had not completed a single bridging deal in the previous six months.
The poll also found that 18% of brokers had completed between one and three bridges in the first half of the year, with only 14% of respondents saying they had completed more than four bridging loans during that time.
Now, as part of Mortgage Solutions‘ bridging week, we want to know if broker introducers are doing more bridging deals.
