13,500 resi and BTL customers hit by Bank of Ireland rate increase

I am one of the people affected by this hike in rates and cannot believe that the regulatory authorities would allow this kind of behaviour.

It’s bad enough for buy-to-let mortgages but to also be able to do this for residential customers beggars belief. Will the regulator please stand up and be counted here?!
