Bank of England may be forced to raise interest rates – analyst

I wonder what her analysis of the economic carnage as a result of raising the bank rate to a ‘normal level’ in such a short space of time would be?

What evidence does she present to suggest the economy is going to recover faster than expected? Europe’s still a mess, the US is recovering slowly, Japan is still struggling and China’s looking exceptionally rocky?

What makes the UK special? This strikes me as a poor piece of scaremongering nothing more.
